Shipping Information

- Shipping Charge is $5.00 for order under $200.

- FREE Shipping for oders $200 and over.

- FREE Shipping for orders $100 or over for returning customers.

- To mail in order form, please fill out order form and mail in with payment.

- We ship to all 50 U.S. states, via USPS Priority Mail (2-3 days delivery).

- Please contact us for international shipping.

- We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, money orders and cashier checks.

- Personal checks accepted, orders will take 5 business days to process for bank clearance.

- You will be given a confirmation number via e-mail when the order is shipped, and you can track it via www.usps.com.

- State sale tax will be added if you live in California.

Return Policy

Products may be exchanged or refunded for allergic reactions to products.  Please contact customer service at 1-888-KEMTRIDA for specific requirements and instructions.  You must obtain a Return Authorization Number, and fill out a Return Form to send back with your products. Returns must be received by our office within 30 days from the date of purchase. Shipping fee is not refunded. Click here to download the return form.
